Upcoming Activities Reminders:

In May and June, regular Sailfish practice and billing is suspended. It resumes July 1. There is Sailfish practice in May on Wednesday only, 5:30-6:30PM and 6:30-8;00PM. In order to attend you have to go to classes on our website and sign up. There is limited space and it is first come first serve. Sign up here. May Practices

In June, the plan is to have 2-a-day long course practice again at the RRAC. Right now it is scheduled for Monday and Thursday 6:00-7:30 PM. It may get moved to a T/TH schedule or a slightly earlier time frame. Unlike previous summers all swimmer 10 and up will go here. This too requires signing up and is first come first serve. June Practices

Below is the March - July meet and HOD meeting schedule. Note: the most important meet for March -June is the June 5,6,7 prelims finals championship style meet at the RRAC. Yes that means missing a summer league meet. However, it is best to attend earlier meets so you have a real time going into that meet.

IMR & IMX Events are a great place to start if you are not sure which events to swim!

- The National Age Group Motivational Times are great goal targets to work toward!

Remember to register for team meets early to ensure that you get into the meet. Also, every swimmer should swim every event, every year! If you have a "NT" next to an event that means you have not done that event in a meet yet! Also, your short course times count in long course meets and visa versa.

Reminder that for the short course season in the school year, both the B and BB championships swimmers are automatically entered into those meets when they make the time standard. A and above meets are swimmer's choice. All summer long course championship meets are swimmer's choice.

Athlete Protection Training:

USA Swimming requires all athletes 18+ to complete the APT Core Course by their 18th birthday, followed by annual Refreshers (1–3) to stay eligible. Non-compliance can result in suspension, so it's important for everyone to stay current with this requirement. The course can be found using the link below and by clicking "Athletes" > "18+ Requirements".
