Swim Practicing Excellence Every Day

SPEED is the name of CK Swimming's pre-swim team developmental lessons program for adults and kids.

SPEED lessons begin with basic water safety instruction to learning the 4 racing strokes in preparation to joining a swim team. They are conducted in small groups determined by ability level and age. Some of our coaches also do private lessons.

Practice Information By Location:

Location: Sendero Springs Pool, 4203 Pasada Lane, Round Rock, Texas 78681

Summer Times: Beginning after the second week of July, Tuesdays and Thursdays,9:00-9:45 PM.

School Year Times: Tuesday/Thursday, and Monday/Friday 4:15-4:45 PM.
