Practice: Introductory practice for all (6&U 3:45-4:45PM) and any new to the team swimmers (4:45-5:45PM) on Thursday and Friday, May 13th and 14th.
Full team practice begins Monday, May 17th-June 4th 3:45-8:00PM
All practices are currently scheduled for the Sendero Springs Pool.
Swimmers will be assigned a workout time by the coaches based on
ability, age-group and workout efficiency. The coaches are challenged
with providing excellent coaching for every individual but only have 4
hours to work with 240 swimmers. That is 60 swimmers per hour with 2
lanes per coach in an 8-lane pool. The coaches will attempt to be
flexible to special situations as long as it does not compromise
the best interests of the team as a whole.
Each practice has exceptions,
meaning the coaches have moved some swimmers to a practice other than
their age group.
